Protein Power Balls

One of our Mentor Moms, Martha, made these fantastic protein balls at our planning meeting for our new MOPS year and they’re amazing! You won’t be disappointed:


1 cup dry oatmeal.

1/2 cups chocolate chips.

1/2 cup peanut butter(I use chunky}.

1/2 cup ground flaxseed.

1/3 cup honey.

1 teaspoon vanilla.


Mix all together and roll into balls and refrigerate to set.
